Established in 1991, we are a small enthusiastic practice operating from a converted Barn in Buckinghamshire's Chiltern Hills. We are able to provide full architectural and planning services for sensible fees and enjoy an enviable reputation for imaginative design solutions.

Whilst the majority of our work is concentrated in the Home Counties, projects throughout the UK are regularly undertaken with equal enthusiasm.

otm architectural specialises in the conversion, restoration and refurbishment of old buildings. Barn Conversions, alterations and extensions to Listed Buildings and refurbishment of Period Homes comprise the majority of our work, though New Homes for both private and builder clients, and a variety of non-residential work is also undertaken with equal proficiency.

Associated practices allow us to offer additional services including CDM Planning Supervision; Structural Surveys, reports and calculations; Quantity Surveying and Land Surveying.
